Getting myself back on track: Mental health and becoming a happier person



I have been going through ups and downs lately and Summer was a great time for me to figure out what it is that can be changed to make myself a happier person.
I want to share with you a few things that I started doing and how I changed the way I think about things to help keep myself at peace.
